Okay, so some punk in apu was going to trade me 25 ops for my 70 fighter/ defender cape. Well, Shy came to help, and ended up being the one getting scammed while the perpetrator copied my account. See the below images, and try to think Harry Potter vs Austin Powers comedy .. it really really was a shame, they way I ran about screaming at the perpetrator but I was just sooooo angry, that someone stole from our Shaiya Family.

Well to be honest, if they do not reinstate me I'm pretty much done with Shaiya. I made it clear that , the person Tripple_H , made a second imposter Mrs. Weasley and stole Shyloo's gear. Why would I tell on myself?

I was told to change my logons and passwords, by people in Trade Chat, including Smurfette and Mizuki.

This really suxors.

I am in the exact same boat. though my account was banned due to suspicious IP addresses or whatever. I had to send a ban appeal while NOT logged into Aeriagames.com or whatever. Though my main account was set up using an OLD email that i ended up deleting, so i have no idea how to reinstate my account. I hope you get yours back, shaiya without rubia, isn't shaiya at all... I agree with you on the "done with shaiya" though... to spend all the time, effort, and money just to be thrown away like that, is just rediculous. Once again, i hope you get your situation settled. I think the problem for you BLK is that you deleted your old email without changing it in Shaiya Forums first? So, now all your emails are probably going nowhere. Did you supply them with your old email address as well as your new one?

Son, I had a 65 and 70 UM in Justia and Dreamy, not to mention a crapload of AP items and about 25 level 6 lapis waiting for the bonus lapis weekend. We have a guild family and we help each other, you'll get help son. I'm not worried bout the shields, they can be replaced, you cannot be replaced. I urge you to return the guild needs you, it looks like my game will maybe be restored after 9/12/2011, automatically. We shall see.

I urge anyone in the guild to ONLY Conduct trades in the open and away from any other players.

And to avoid further issues when making new toons do not use the large letter "I" or the small letter "l" because that is how they are duplicating the toons to get us.

why don't you just remake your old email account? Unless you don't know the exact one you used, then I see the problem.

disregard my previous statement..for I AM BACK! i had to "re-open" that email account (which i didnt want to do, due to all the spam and what not).

gah mom that sucks. you would think that they would be able to go back and see exactly who had what... and who traded with shy. hopefully it will get fixed soon.

I really cant stand how shaiya handles these matters. With all the money they make, do they really not have the ability to check old footprints in the game and see what really happened?

I am currently searching for a way to video all my future transactions. The last time i was scammed, Shaiya's GM recommended me to do this and to post any scammers caught in action on you tube. I was told that they bust scammers all the time this way. Sooooo if anyone knows of a system that will record in this way, please let me know. I make transactions with other players for very large sums and things are getting way too "iffy" to take any more chances.

ry-ry... if you know how to do torrents and what not, get yourself FRAPS. It's by far the most popular one out there. If you don't know what Torrents are, let me know and i'll send you a pm about it. In my opinion, i think that recording any and all transactions is a good idea, my buddy used to tell ks'ers and what not that he was running FRAPS all the time, scares them off real quick like! lol

Thanks blk. Fraps is a program that seems to be the most popular but i also see that it cost $$$. Not expensive but it does cost none the less. I did some research and was able to find a free recording system called Taksi. I just tested it and it works perfect. If anyone ever makes large transactions I suggest downloading this application and recording them. Put an end to scammers once and for all. Here is the URL for Taksi... Taksi.sourceforge.net

I use a program from Roxio called Roxio PC Game Capture. It cost me $50 but I love the quality it provides.
