Real Life v. Game

Hi all.

This may be a dumb question, but how active do you have to be in order not to get kicked from the guild? Dtitz and I are new parents (little Dtitz is only 3 weeks old! lol) and we are not able to be as active as others. Plus there are times that we are afk (which I understand the whole 'tell your party' rule) because we are taking care of little Dtitz. How much of a problem will this be? I want to make sure that everything will be ok

It shouldn't be any problem. You aren't technically required to be on any specific amount of time and certainly real life comes before game. We dont keep track of game time only if people in guild are registered on the forums. So as long as you're registered and have listed your toons you should be safe. As far as going afk in party, always ask the party if its ok first and if its cool with them then go for it. Though if you know you're gonna be gone for an extended period of time you might want to consider dropping the party. Its different with each party so just ask.

Hi hun. We like active members but i must say myself and my fellow officers and the Guild leader all understand that Real Life comes first. Take care of your little one that is the most important thing and get on when you can. We will be happy to see you each and every time that you are online.

Welcome to the guild! Like they (solar/Jazzi) have both said Real Life ALWAYS comes first. Just for some of us (me) we dont HAVE a RL lol (that's a joke...hopefully). Glad to have you in the guild, hope to get to know you guys more.

Btw, these guys are both great friends of mine. They know exactly how to play their classes, and are friendly as well as great leaders (they were both officers in the guild I used to lead). As well as I managed to fit into the guild, you guys are definitely going to love having these two around =) Also, lil Dtitz is reeeaaaally cute =)

lol clubs. That's part of why we decided to join. Our former guild is pretty much dead, but then again we have also been gone from the game for about a year and a half. Plus ..Joker.. is a former guildie who loves ya'll. And I've noticed how BLK is in game. It really fun to have something to watch while grinding.

I also have kids and I have not been in this guild long enough to fully say how this guild works. I have been in guilds where they require so many hours of play time, but so far this guild is very family oriented. I dont think you have much to worry about and I highly doubt that this guild would kick you for taking care of your kids.

blk, it was ment that you are alot of fun to joke/run with. in my experience, people have the tendency to act one way in game and another on forums. but it's ok.... i'll keep you lol.

You will not be kicked. Just stop in for 5 mins or so just to say hi, when you can, no worries, bsbies are "treasures" they don't stop giving! Just enjoy it

RE: the party issue. If your in a guild party your generally safe, though I tell everyone, that if your gone more than 15 mins, and helps needed, you can be kicked, though we'd be sure to put you in a "safe" spot. In other guild parties, I wouldn't suggest leaving for more than a few mins at a time, if you need that much time away from the party, excuse yourself and town.
That brings negativity on the guild, when I get pm'd that my guildies are leeching, when it isn't even intentional.....
