Please be advised, that during the goddess battle, I recieved a Loop Level
1 in my box that gave me 28k to all stats. I immediately spammed area chat,
for GM Falcon who was in game to contact me. I got no response. I said ANY
GM a second time.. no response, players said it was a rare drop, keep
killing. About 15 mins later I was booted out and banned. What kind of
nonsense is this?

Please be advised, I have been playing this game for a very long time. I am
a regular purchaser of AP. I am the guild leader of April Rhain. I am very
sure that this was some kind of error, as never in a million years would I
even consider losing all I have worked for, for a mere 100 or so kills. So
please, respond to my plea and re-instate my toon.

Also, explain to me where the error occurred so that I may post it on my
guild site, in case this happens to one of my guild members in the future.
I would like to be VERY sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Well you will probably get your unbanned soon cause of that very weird error.. I really hope that you get back soon

I've heard of weird stuff happening in this game, but nothing as bogus as this. I too hope that they un-ban your toon soon. This was rediculous, especially since no GM bothered to contact you. They should be able to easily review the chat from that session and see that you in fact did try to contact them.

Rubia was unbanned within 1-2 hrs of the ending of the goddess Event, it WAS GM Bella's falt so dont worry about it to much

Glad to know that you're back. That whole thing made me very cynical about how the higher-ups run things. A little more organization on their part would have kept this thing from happening. Any way, that being said I'm glad you're back!

They took all of her kills away, even the ones not from the event.
